Your privacy is important to us, we collect as little data as possible, and try to give you full control of your data.

What we collect

We (Nexusoft LLC) collect the following information

• User account information, used to login and save data
• Usage data, things like which buttons were never clicked, what pages do people spend the most time on
• Online transactions, we log requests that flow through our system, omitting user data where possible, we use these to identify and resolve bugs and performance problems

We do not collect payment information, but use a third party (Stripe) to collect and process payments.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Understand problems in our system
• Provide you with a better experience by removing things you don't use and prioritizing things you use often
• Provide you with support when you encounter problems

How your information is shared

We share data you explicitly request, this includes:

• Items such as actions, hooks, or templates you create and want to share with other users
• Feedback you wish to provide to those who have created shared items
• Saved data you wish to share with your team

We make heavy use of Amazon Web Services, this includes using their S3 system to store shared data and using their Lambda system to interact with you, you should take the time to review their privacy policy

We use third party crash detection software like sentry/crashlytics so that we can respond quickly to crashes that happen in the wild, beyond this your information is not shared with third parties unless you explicitly request it or it is required by law.

Your choices

As an individual that interacts with nexusoft you have a few choices about your data.

Things to note about deleting your data

• We do not "soft delete" any information you share with us, if you delete your data we will remove it from our active systems
• We do make and keep periodic backups of our active data, it is much more difficult to remove data from those backups, currently we cannot remove data from those backups, but if you have an urgent need we will do everything we can to remove every trace of your data from our systems. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will let you know by revising the date at the top of the policy. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will provide you with additional notice (such as updating the nexuscript home page, or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access or use our services or otherwise interact with us. By continuing to use our Services after Privacy Policy changes go into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
